This policy explains what information Summit Trivia (https://play.unladph.org) collects and how it is used. The game is operated by UNLADPH (unladph.org), based in the Philippines.
We show ads from Google to players who are not Summit Plus members. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown.
To run the game, save your progress, show the leaderboard, provide Summit Plus benefits, fix wrong questions, prevent cheating and show ads. We do not sell your personal information.
Only the services that help run the game: our hosting provider, our account and database provider (Supabase), Paddle for payments, and Google for ads. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Account information is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. Game progress stored in your browser stays until you clear your browser data.
You can play without an account. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing contactus@unladph.org. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Philippine Data Privacy Act, the GDPR or US state privacy laws.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
