These terms apply when you play Summit Trivia at https://play.unladph.org ("the game"). The game is operated by UNLADPH (unladph.org), based in the Philippines ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy Summit Plus.
Summit Trivia is a game of skill and knowledge. Points, coins, help items, shields, stars and leaderboard ranks are for fun only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes, and cannot be sold or transferred. We do not award cash or physical prizes.
Summit Plus costs $2.99 USD per month, plus any sales tax or VAT. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; you keep the membership benefits until the end of the period you paid for. Benefits are listed on our Pricing page and may change; if we reduce them, we will tell members at least 14 days before their next payment.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or try to change scores, coins or the leaderboard. Do not use offensive display names. We may remove scores, reset progress or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Many questions come from the Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com) and are used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license; edited versions are shared under the same license. We check questions carefully but cannot promise every question is error-free. Use the "Report this question" button if you spot a mistake. Summit Trivia is not affiliated with any television quiz show.
We work to keep the game running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update the game, these terms and our prices. Changes to these terms take effect when posted here.
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
